ABOUT THIS ALBUM: “Independence” is the second full-length studio recorded album from rap group Alligator Papuh Playuz. The Playuz followed up their debut release “Tha Culmination,” which released in May of 2023 with a release date of mid-July, 2023 for “Independence,” the rap groups second studio release. "The rap group Alligator Papuh Playuz releases date for their second album “Independence,” only two months after the release of their very first studio album, “Tha Culmination.” This isn’t even enough time to submit to a playlist!" Late-June, rap group Alligator Papuh Playuz sets release date for their third studio release titled: “Race Car,” slated for July 25th, 2023, one week after their second studio album is set to release, called “Independence.” First listens to “Independence,” from curators, who have heard “Tha Culmination,” at least a month ago, gave it impressive follow-up reviews. I agree, the sound is special, because it’s evolved and matured in less than a couple months, and we basically have a part II, to this classic-sound we are just now getting from the “Zellwood Grown,” Central “Flawda” rap-duo. “Rap group Alligator Papuh Playuz is a group that’s hungry to release, and is successfully developing their bands sound in a positive direction.” “Everybody is extremely excited for the group, that’s been lucky enough to have them pop-up on their radar, as they are still unknown, July, 2023.” “Ice 4 My Hatuh” & “Heavy Bag” go crazy for the club again with a more mature “Gave Me A Bag” vibe. “The Alligator Papuh Playuz bring us their first smoking song with "Stay Smok'n” and It hits. The third verse from “Stay Smok'n, is from Rich Daddy, and is my personal favorite.” The Alligator Papuh Playuz deliver an amazing sequel to “Tha Culmination,” with the rap groups follow up album “Independence.” Flawda Mane still produced every beat on “Independence,” exactly like “Tha Culmination,” and you can already tell Flawda is maturing with his skills, but stying true to the Alligator sound we now love. Rich Daddy brings every hook again. Rich Daddy and Flawda Mane, also have at least one verse each on every song from the sophmore instant-classic “Independence.”
